1. korko 子供 child/children in Japanese.

Therefore korko used for paSta'ay context could not have existed before 1895.

2. ta'ai are people who lived in ta'ai 大隘 (footnote 6 page 125). Ta'ai 大隘 is a Hakka establishment founded in 1835. Therefore ta'ai used for paSta'ay context could not have existed before 1835.

3.rusung for monkey 猿 is Mal (Malaysia). Japanese identify/suggest language origin all through the reports.

4. Both Saiyahoru (1914) and Sairakis (1935) are synonym of Ta'ai 大隘.

Saiyahoru refers to Ta'ai clan (people).

Sairakis refers to Ta'ai village (place).

Shipaji is 上坪溪 Shangpingxi.

Exactly 10 years after I took these photos (and I actually believed in what I was told at the time) - I discovered they are entirely made-ups under indigenous-revitalizations program.

They are unsubstantiated claims achieved by random-picking loanwords and bagging indigenous (Atayal).

1 Tunan is Chinese meaning 1835 Ta’ai 大隘 founder 姜秀鑾.

2. “Gong Sinux” (Revitalised meaning 'Rivers' is in fact a historical person 姜秀鑾（Hakka Giong` Siuˇ-lan. Da’ai 1835 founder)

3. “Ko Rwa” (Atayal revitalized word for black fertile soil) is totally Japanese - Kuroda 黑田 means 'black field' in Kanji (Chinese characters) kuro - black is totally Japanese.

4. Qalang-Smangus (竹圍/圍欄 - Savages) is Chinese-French meaning “Territories of Savages”.
